AEB filter aids make easy to obtain chemical and biological stability.
Filtering materials produced by AEB are the expression of the highest technology in service of production processes apt to keep wine complexity in the total respect of the raw material and of technician's wishes. Substances composing AEB filter aids are built by chemically inert molecules, free from any impurity. Many experimental trials showed the very high efficiency degree of AEB filter aids that, before being commercialized, pass complex physical-chemical quality trials apt to grant the product purity and validity.

Precoats for medium to course filtration, brightening filtrations and alimentary liquids Chemically inert complex filter aids, which are used in the filtration process. The products are composed by cotton fibres lending an elastic and resistant structure, cellulose fibres with different electrostatic charge giving a high adsorbent power and perlites that provide its in-depth adsorbing action. The production system, which is based on the creation of a perfectly uniform mixture of components through the use of special mixers equipped with rotating blades in a cyclone of air, ensures the incorporation of the perlites amongst the cotton and cellulose fibres. This new structure lends to the precoats and to the subsequent coats a constant honeycomb structure. |

Perlites for the continuous dosing filtration
SILITE is the name of a range of AEB oenological agents created to facilitate the continuous dosing
filtration. Silite perlites are obtained from rocks of volcanic origin with vitreous structure; they build because of the quick cooling of the granitic magma.Treated in vertical furnaces at a temperature of 1.000°C, their volume increases because of the expansion of the liquid passing at vapor state, then are ground and selected according to their granulometry and low density in order to give the best filtration yields. |
