ANTIOXIDANT & FLAVOR STABILISATION

ANTIOXIN ® SB A new generation of antioxidant. The best possible protection against O2 which enables an increased flavor stability of the beer and a decrease of O2. A dosage of 1g/hL, releasing less than 2.5 ppm of sulphites does not require specific labelling (if the total quantity of SO2 is below 10 ppm).
ANTIOXIN ® SBT Specific wort antioxidant in brewhouse.Prevents off-flavors from appearing from the mash to the finished product.
